Her greatest strengths are her genuine creativity, in-depth knowledge of design, as well as her appreciation of various artistic mediums. By understanding the purpose of design, Caitlin creates outstanding visual communication which is both appealing and effective.
She is uncompromising when it comes to quality and this shows in all of her creative endeavours.
Upon graduation, Caitlin received the ‘Creative Thinking and Folio Production’ award. We’re proud to be working with such a talented young designer and we look forward to seeing her grow and learn with our team.

Pamela is very much a ‘hands-on’ Managing Director who sees herself as a working member of a dedicated team. She has spent all of her working life in media and advertising, involved with radio, television, video and jingle production as well as print media. A lateral thinker, Pamela always looks beyond the current project, identifying ways in which concepts and designs may be further utilised to make the big picture more cost effective. Pamela has had extensive experience in the development of communications plans for a range of products and services.
Her talents and abilities in the creative arena as a conceptualist, writer and producer, are well documented through the many campaigns she has developed and managed on behalf of a large variety of private and government clients.
Pamela’s approach is down to earth and her ability to quickly understand and respond to individual needs has placed her in a position of trust with her clients.
She is devoted to her clients and uncompromising on quality.
- Alison Slocum * Manager, production & client services *The Adventurous One
Alison has extensive experience in customer service having worked in the retail industry during and after leaving school.
Her event management skills were well developed when she joined the Canberra Raiders as the organisations’ Event Manager. In this role Alison was responsible for all home game activities and all other functions, including the end of season Ball and Awards presentation event.
Alison left the Raiders in 2008 to travel through Europe. After six weeks exploring, she settled in Belfast for 12 months before coming back to Canberra where she joined the team at I&D as Production and Client Services Manager.
The travel bug caught Alison again and she travelled to Canada in June 2011 with short term contracts, as receptionist and marketing manager for an holistic health care centre, and as an all rounder at a small country newspaper in Vegreville Canada.
Alison has rejoined the I&D team with the combined roles of Office Administrator / Client Service and Production Manager. Alison will also involve herself in event management, a discipline she particularly enjoys.
